Resort Project

Trincomalee is a popular foreign and local tourist resort. Approximately 243ha (600 acres) at Kuchchaveli, located on the Trincomalee-Pulmudai road, has been allocated for the development of a 3,000 room resort with relevant infrastructure facilities.

Kalpitiya Integrated Tourism Resort Project

The Kalpitiya region, 150km (93 miles) north of Colombo, is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of the Western Province. Kalpitiya is a peninsula that separates the Puttalam lagoon from the Indian Ocean and is a marine sanctuary with a diversity of habitats - bar reefs, coastal plains, saltpans, mangroves swamps, salt marshes, and sandduned beaches.

The Kalpitiya Dutch Bay Resort Development Project is open to investors pursuing the various business opportunities available.
